Refund Policy

We offer a return policy of 21 days from when you receive the product. If you return us the item within that time, we can process a way to solve the issue. We do not cover shipping costs for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ondufit@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Consider that It may take a few days to get back to us.

Unfortunately, items received as gifts cannot be processed, contact us to give you another way to reward your loyalty. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancelations and Address Changes

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

If you entered a wrong address for delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we may be able to correct the error prior dispatch. Please visit our contact page.

For orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. For further information contact the carrier to redirect your package. Extra fees may apply from the carrier, we do not have control over it.

Refunds 
After having your product back and inspect it, we will notify you about our final decision via email. If a new product is to be shipped we will give you a new tracking number, Shipping Fees are waived, consider that it may take longer time to be shipped than the first product shipped.  If a refund is to be made to you, it will take up to 2-3 business day to be reflected in your original payment method.
